Nancy Gillenwater

Nancy Gillenwater of Sebring, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 13, 2018 to join our almighty God.  She was 80.  She was born in Mendon, Illinois on December 18, 1937 to Harry and Fannie Mae Evans.  She was the youngest of eight children.  She attended Western Illinois and Indiana University, selflessly taught in public schools for the next 30 years in Bloomfield, Indiana, helping to fulfill the need for good teachers. Nancy is survived by her husband, Bill, of 58 years; four terrific boys Mark (Nancy), Todd (Brandy), Bradley (Christy) and Scott (Denean).  Her sons bestowed on her 11 loving grandchildren.  She is also survived by two sisters Delores Duncan of Illinois and Lucille Tallcott of New Mexico.  There will be a memorial service for Nancy early this summer in Bloomington, Indiana to celebrate her wonderful life.
