Nancy Jean Decker Nancy Jean Decker, 84, died Tuesday December 31, 2013, in Sebring FL. She was born to the late Ernest and Mary (Vreeland) Webber, on December 15, 1929, in Bloomingdale, NJ. Nancy was a Registered Nurse, she was affiliated with Saint Joseph's College Alumni Club, she enjoyed traveling and loved being with her family. Nancy is survived by her husband Ralph Decker of Sebring, FL, Son; Paul Ross Decker (Kathy) of Butler, NJ, Grandson; Ross Michael Decker. She is predeceased by one brother; George Webber
