Nadine W. Cobb

Nadine W. Cobb, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. Nadine was born on January 12, 1931 in Lyons, Georgia to the late Coston and Rosia (Collins) Williamson. She has been a resident of Highlands County since 1957 having come from Lyons, GA. Nadine worked as a Dietician for Walker Memorial and more recently Florida Hospital Heartland. She was of the Baptist faith. Nadine is survived by her son: Gary Cobb (Terri) of Avon Park, brother: Elliott Williamson of Savanna, GA, sisters: Loretta Brooker of West Palm Beach, FL, Delma Williamson of Vidalia, GA, grandchildren: James Cobb, Jonathan Cobb, Jason Cobb, Joshua Cobb of Avon Park, and great-granddaughters: Daylynn Cobb of Texas, and Calee Smith of Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband: H.P. Cobb. Visitation will be held at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7 pm. With a funeral service to be held at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Interment will follow at the Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park.
