Mildred T Johnson

Mildred T. Johnson, age 94 passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 in Hixson, Tennessee. Mrs. Johnson was born in Ripley, Tennessee on March 27, 1918 to Joseph V. and Evie (Underwood) Taylor. Mrs. Johnson loved being a homemaker, she was a member of the First Baptist Church and was active in the Women's Missionary Union, she taught Sunday school, and she had been a resident of Sebring from 1988 to 2005 then moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is survived by her daughters-JoAnn Parham of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Patricia Johnson of Sebring, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 56 years-Albert Johnson. Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or a Charity of your choice.
