Mildred Elizabeth "Betty" Hauth

Mildred Elizabeth "Betty" Hauth, age 90, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on February 18, 1925 in Flandreau, South Dakota to the late Hermann and Wilhemina (Meiburg) Kroeger. Betty was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in New Hampton, Iowa, New Hampton Hospital Women's Auxiliary and New Hampton Golf and Country Club. She moved to Sebring in 1985 and became an active member of Sun N Lake Golf Club and very active in the Sun N Lake Community. She enjoyed ceramics and playing bridge and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her daughter: Jane David (John)-Naples, FL and her son: Jim Hauth (Mary Ann)-Kalona, IA, her twin brother: Bob Kroeger-Sebring, FL, grandchildren: Jonathan David (special friend-Taylor Barrientos) and Jason David, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Hauth; infant son: Thomas Hauth, four brothers and four sisters. There will be a memorial service on Monday, August 31, 2015, 11:00 a.m., at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with W. Mike Adams officiating.
