Michelle Peacock

Michelle Peacock, age 61, passed away May 2, 2024, in Sebring, FL. She was born on November 12, 1962, in Bethpage, NY the daughter of Frank and Margaret (Hardick) Hill. She was a resident of Sebring, FL since 2002.

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John James Peacock. She is survived by her sisters, Alice Hill of Merritt Island, FL, and Margaret "Meg" Wiley of Cocoa Beach, FL; her cousins, Joan Palmer, Rudy Koch, and Michael Hardick; and her beloved nephew, Jason Phoenix.

Michelle Peacock found joy in simple pleasures such as crafting, cooking, and gardening. Her compassion extended beyond her personal interests as she selflessly made sleeping mats for the homeless in Highlands County, reflecting her commitment to giving back to her community.

Michelle was a compassionate soul who dedicated her life to helping others as a social worker. Her work in the community touched many lives and her kind-hearted nature shone through in every interaction. She was a member of the Catholic faith and lived her life guided by her strong beliefs.

Michelle had a heart of gold and was known for her kindness, patience, and giving nature. She was beloved by all who knew her, and her presence will be deeply missed. May she rest in peace, knowing that her legacy of love and compassion will endure for years to come.
