Michael Joseph Ruffin, age 72, passed away on Wednesday January 6, 2021 in Sebring, FL. Mr. Ruffin was born in Rayne, Louisiana on December 20, 1948 to Joseph S. Ruffin Jr. and Mary Melba (Bobbie) Fruge Ruffin. He grew up in Patterson, Louisiana, and moved to Florida from Houma, Louisiana in 2016. Mr. Ruffin proudly served his country serving in the US Navy. He served in Vietnam during the war. Mr. Ruffin is survived by his wife, Susan Mingee Ruffin; mother – Mary (Bobbie) Wellman of LA; sisters- Eileen Ruffin of, LA; Kay Rodermund (Bryan) of TX; step-sisters- Pam Conner (Richard) of FL; Diane Glaze (Marty) of KS; Denise Harper (Don) of CO; Bonnie Kennon (Richard) of KS. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph S. Ruffin Jr. and step-father James Wellman. Memorial contributions may be made to
