Michael Eldon Richardson

Michael Eldon Richardson, aged 68, passed away on November 2, 2024, in Sebring, FL. Born on May 1, 1956, in Gary, IN, he was the son of the late Robert and Beverly Richardson. Mike moved to Sebring just two years ago, coming from Columbia City, IN, and quickly came to cherish his new home.

Mike dedicated six years of his life to the United States Navy, where he served with honor and pride. He carried his patriotic spirit forward as a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Mike held strong values and lived a life defined by compassion, dedication, and integrity.

A dedicated and skilled computer technician by trade, Mike was known for his intelligence and problem-solving abilities. Outside of work, he embraced his passion for the open road on his Harley-Davidson.

Mike’s memory will be cherished by those he leaves behind: his devoted wife, Deborah Richardson; his daughter, Jessica Gerig; and his twelve grandchildren, who will remember his kindness and warmth. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Eric Richardson, Paula Crehan, Lester Richardson, Elaine Prescott, and John Richardson.
Mike’s family and friends will forever hold him in their hearts, remembering his humorous spirit, his caring nature, and his enduring dedication to those he loved.

A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at a later date to honor his memory and the legacy he leaves behind.
