Michael Patrick Mccarty, Sr.

MICHAEL PATRICK McCARTY, SR. Michael Patrick McMarty, age 86, passed away on May 6, 2010 in Sarasota, FL. He was born September 29, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY to Edward and Lillian Desero McCarty. He was a salesman for a steel door manufacturer, member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, served in the Army Air Corp during WWII, was a member of the American Legion and had been a resident of Sebring since 1988, coming from Miami, FL. He is survived by his wife, Joan B. McCarty, Sebring; Sons, Michael McCarty, Jr., Steven McCarty and Jason McCarty, all of Sebring, FL and sister-in-law, Florence McCarty, New York. Graveside funeral services, with military honors, will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with Father Morley officiating.
