MELANIE PARRISH PARSONS Melanie Parrish Parsons, 56, passed away Friday, February 24, 2012, in Tampa, FL. She was born January 29, 1956, to Daniel W. and Carole D. (Prevatt) Parrish in Lakeland, Florida and had been a lifelong resident of Tampa. She was an Intake Coordinator in the Health Care industry and served in the Army National Guard. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed her work and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Michael Parsons of Tampa; parents, Daniel and Carole Parrish of Sebring and daughter, Deanna Michelle (Michael) Pratt of Tampa. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Daniel W. Parrish, Jr. and Lynn L. Parrish. Memorial Services are being held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at First Baptist Church Lorida with Rev. Wayne Godwin officiating.
