Matthew Heath Wyatt, age 55, passed away on April 21, 2025. Born on October 4, 1969, in Toledo, Ohio, to Arnold and Sharon Wyatt, Matthew moved with his family to Sebring, Florida, in 1976, where he remained a cherished part of the community.
Matthew will be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering love for his family, and a wonderful sense of humor that brought light and laughter to those around him. He had a passion for the outdoors—riding his quad ATV and fishing were among his favorite pastimes. Matthew enjoyed fixing things around the house, always lending a helping hand when something needed attention. He found special joy in the autumn season, with Halloween holding a special place in his heart. Above all, Matthew was a devoted son, a loving father, a proud grandfather, and a caring brother.
He is survived by his beloved parents, Arnold Keith Wyatt and Sharon Wyatt; his sons, John Adam Kellis of Lorida, FL, and Joshua Kellis of Columbus, OH; his sisters, Heather Krucker (Otto) and Heidi Wyatt-Price (Larry), both of Sebring, FL; his cherished granddaughter, Adalynn Kellis; and many loving nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his loyal dog, Petey, who was his constant companion.
Matthew's life was marked by kindness, laughter, and a deep sense of connection with those he loved. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Lorida Community Center, 1909 Blessing Ave., Lorida, FL 33857. All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring their favorite stories and memories to share.
