Mary Kathryn Schultz

Mary Kathryn Schultz, age 86, of Avon Park, FL, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.  She was born November 18, 1930 in Albion, PA to Morris A. and Mary (Mulvey) Rood.  She worked as a banker, enjoyed singing, playing bingo, bike riding, crochet, had played in a band with her husband, was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, and had been a resident of Avon Park, FL since 1998, coming from Ocala, FL.

Mary is survived by her Husband of 65 years – Cecil Schultz of Avon Park, FL; Daughter – Robin Broderick (Ken Scott) of Springboro, PA; Sons – Richard Schultz (Mary) of Erie, PA; Ronald Schultz of Waterford, PA; Roger Schultz (Rebecca) of Collierville, TN; Sister – Ann Suscheck of Fairview, PA; 7 Grandchildren; and 11 Great Grandchildren.  A memorial mass will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Jose Gonzalez officiating.
