Mary E. Riggs

MARY E. RIGGS Mary E. Riggs, 85, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2010, in Lakeland, from complications of Alzheimers Disease. She was born November 19, 1924, to George and Alice (Walterstorff) Ziebarth in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2004, moving from Sebring. She was an Administrative Assistant with the government and a veteran of World War II, serving with the Navy Waves. She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ; the Fleet Reserve Auxiliary; AARP and womens club of Golf Hammock. She is survived by her Husband, Robert Lee Riggs, Sr. Daughter, Terri Lee (William) Anderson, Danville, CA; Son, Robert Lee (Jill) Riggs, Jr., Longwood, FL; six Grandchildren and three Great-Grandchildren.
