Mary Jane Pfennig

Mary Jane Pfennig, age 94, of Okeechobee, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on August 22, 1922 in Tampa, Florida to the late Wiley and Hazel (Holmes) Lovelace. She moved to Okeechobee in 1975 and was an avid fisherman. She enjoyed music and her standard poodle "Hoss". Her family came first in her life and she will be greatly missed by them all. Survivors incude her children: George Hamner-Fort Pierce, FL, Charles Hamner (Elaine)-Fort Pierce, FL, Joyce Ristau (John)-Sebring, FL, Patsy Brown (Wayne)-Okeechobee, FL, Mary Kathleen Hamner-Okeechobee, FL, John Pfennig (Jen)-Okeechobee, FL; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Okeechobee.
