Mary Lou Muir

Mary Lou Muir passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 in Sebring, Florida at the age of 87. The daughter of Joearl and Frances Irene (Raymond) Johnson. She was born on April 29, 1936 in Coral Gables, Florida.  She worked as a senior care giver in the healthcare industry, was of Episcopal faith, and has been a resident of Sebring since 2022, having come from Newport News, Virigina.

She enjoyed watching birds, word puzzles, game shows, and murder mysteries. She loved to laugh and loved her family. She is survived by her daughters – Holly Muir of Port St. Lucie, Florida; Heather Drommerhausen of Sebring, Florida. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother – Raymond Johnson; sisters – Janice Walker and Jo Ann Vail. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Breast Cancer Society in Mary Lou’s name.
