MARY A. MOLES Mary A. Moles, 93, of Sebring, Florida, died suddenly on April 2, 2011, at Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center. She was born in Middleboro, Massachusetts. Mary graduated from the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing. Shortly after the start of World War II she enlisted in the United States Air Force and became a member of the Corp of Nurses. Mary remained in the Air Forces service for many years, stationed in many countries throughout the world. She devoted her life to helping people. Mary retired from the service and moved to Sebring in 1966, where she was a member of Our Lady of Grace Parish. She had many friends in the area. She loved Florida, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, traveling, reading and spending time with family and her nephews. She was the daughter of Andrew and Petrona (Versakas) Moles. She was preceded in death by her sister, Nellie; her brother, Stanley A. Moles; her sister-in-law (wife of Stanley A.) and her nephew, Stanley C. Moles. She is survived by three nephews, Andrew Moles of Vero Beach, FL; Jerome Moles of Wareham, MA and Denis Moles of Canton, MA and several great nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, FL. In lieu of flowers, gifts of remembrance may be made to The Fathers and Brothers of the Maryknoll Society, Maryknoll, New York 10545.
