MARY E. JAKAB Mary E. Jakab, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in Sebring, FL. She was born in Trenton, New Jersey on March 24, 1933 to Allen Edmund and Mary E. (Bolton) Heaton. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and playing board games, especially SCRABBLE and loved taking trips on the train. She had been a resident of Sebring since 1992, coming from Trenton, NJ. She is survived by her son, Carl J. Barbalaci (Bette) of Trenton, NJ; son-in-law, Phillip Jeffrey Chamberlin of Ocala, FL; brother, Allen Heaton of Robbinsville, NJ; sisters, Mae Bonsall of Sebring, FL and Margaret "Peggy" Kuntz of Ocean City, MD; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Jakab in 2002 and her daughter, Wanda Chamberlin. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Chapel. Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Lung Association.
