Mary Elaine Holte

Mary Elaine Holte, age 79, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in Sebring, Florida.  She was born on July 1, 1938 in Janesville, Wisconsin to the late William and Elizabeth Kennedy.  Mary moved to Pine Bluff, Arkansas where she graduated high school in 1956. Mary also spent a short time working for a hospital in New Orleans before moving back to Janesville, Wisconsin working as a telephone operator before finally taking an accounting job at General Motors where she would retire from in 1989. In 1993 she moved to Sebring where she resided until her death. She is survived by her Husband: Gary Holte-Sebring, FL; Sisters: Betty Maliga-Cazenovia, NY; Gen Wilkens- Pine Bluff, AR; Kathy Mazanti-Arlington, TX; Brother: Mike Kennedy-Tucson, AZ; One special Nephew Mike Holte-Los Angeles, CA and several nieces and nephews to mourn her passing. Mary is preceded in death by two brothers Bill and Joe Kennedy.  She was a member of the St. Catherine Parish.  A Memorial service will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.  Internment will take place at Bushnell National Cemetery.
