Mary Elizabeth Smith, age 75, of Sebring, Florida passed away on January 31, 2023 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on October 10, 1947 to James Albert Colter II and Florabell Branch in Lakeland, Florida. She is preceded in death by her Parents; and survived by her Son – William Clay Gardner; Brother - James Albert Colter III of Ontario, Canada; Sister - Jennie Keith Welsh of Douglas, GA; Granddaughters – Halie Gardner, of Sebring, Florida and Chloe Gardner of Winter Haven, Florida. She was preceded in death by her Brother - Arthur Dean Colter.
