Martha Renfro Jackson

Martha Renfro Jackson, age 76, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015 in Lakeland, FL. She was born on May 27, 1939 in Avon Park, FL to William and Ollie Marie (Childs) Renfro. Martha worked as an Insurance Agent/Owner and owned a shaver repair shop. She was a member of the Church of God, and liked to dance, and loved caring for her family. She is survived by her husband: Richard Paul Jackson; mother Ollie Marie Renfro; daughters: Bonnie Waldron of Atlanta, GA; Marcia Waldron (Laura Benson) of Maitland, FL; Robin Person (Mike Ashlock) of Orlando, FL; sister: Dorothy Johnson (Ted) of Avon Park, FL; nephews: Robert Stokes of FL, Teddy Johnson of NC; nieces: Cindy Stokes Oswald of SC, Tina Johnson Balentine of FL; ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park with a funeral service, officiated by: Pastor Rick Stackhouse, to follow at 12 p.m. Burial will be held at the Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park.
