Martha A. Farless

age 88, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Grady County, Georgia on July 16, 1925 to Lonnie and Bertha (Newberry) Sadler. Mrs. Farless was a homemaker; she had been a member of the Florida Avenue Baptist Church in Avon Park since 1948 and a resident of Avon Park since 1945 coming from Grady County, Georgia. Mrs. Farless is survived by her daughters-Nita Ball (Alan) of Avon Park, Florida and Susan Cook (Kenny) of Avon Park, Florida; son-Donald Howze (Pam) of Sebring, Florida; sisters-Naomi Rehberg of Boston, Georgia and Bernice Dunlap of Ochlocknee, Georgia; sister in law-Pearl Barr (Gene) of Boston, Georgia; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband-H.M. "Chick" Farless. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Florida Avenue Baptist Church with the funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Girdley officiating. Burial will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
