MARSHALL "ED" EDWARD JORDON Marshall "Ed" Edward Jordon, age 68, of Sebring, FL, passed away Friday, March 22, 2013. He was born May 3, 1944 in Avon Park, FL to Dr. Marshall Elmore and Pauline (Williford) Jordon. Ed served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years before retiring as a Colonel in 1988. After retiring to Sebring, Ed served as director of the Sebring Airport/Raceway, teacher and dean at Heartland Christian School, and in road development for Polk County. Ed was a man of God who aimed to honor God in all walks of his life. He is survived by his Wife - Judy K. Jordon; Son - Matthew Edward Jordon (Wife - Tena, Children - Elizabeth, Nathaniel, Danielle and Frances); Daughter - Heather Jordon Clark (Husband - Tec, Children - Nicole and Christian); 4 Great- Grandchildren and his Aunt, Dorothy Williford, Wife of the late J.T. Williford. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Todd Patterson officiating at Bible Fellowship Church. Interment will follow in the Bougainvillea Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
