Marsha Margaret Desonia

Marsha Margaret DeSonia, 67, passed away on June 19, 2020. She was the daughter of the late John and Eather (Smith) Guthrie. She was born in Jenkins, Kentucky on March 25, 1953. Marsha resided in Sebring, FL for the past few years, formerly living in Panama City, FL. Marsha worked for the Government as a Clerk of the Court and was a practicing member of the Protestant faith.

She enjoyed her garden, loved oil painting and the beach . She loved being with her family most of all. She is survived by her loving children – Michelle (Steven)  DeSonia-Hatcher of Panama City, FL; Stanley (Cecelia) DeSonia of Old Hickory Tennessee; Tabatha Desonia of Sebring, FL; Bill (Janet) Guthrie of Daytona Beach, FL; Charles (Donna) Guthrie of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Surviving are also 6 grandchildren -  Jonn – Luc Freeman, Sierra Hatch, Cheyenne DeSonia, Natalia DeSonia, Marina DeSonia, Levi DeSonia and 3 great grandchildren – Madison , Mason-Michael, and Mackenzie Hatch; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents,  brothers – Jack , John and James Guthrie; sisters – Shirley (Hobert) Philpot and Anna Guthrie and a grandson – James Michael DeSonia.
