Mark D. Clay
Mark D. Clay, 61 of Lake Placid, FL passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 in Lake Placid. He was born on July 13, 1957 in Enid, Oklahoma to Theodore N. Clay and June Dawn (Frith) Clay. He is survived his wife, Kellie D. Clay, three sons; James Clay of OK, Stephen Clay (Meghan) of OK, Christopher Kealiher of OK and two daughters; Kyleen Piontek of VA and Bailey Kealiher of SC. He also leaves behind his twin brother; Mike Clay of Dixie County, FL and three sisters; Krista Bunger of TX, Kathy Clay of LP and Lisa Clay of ID, two grandchildren, Savannah and Kennedy. Mark moved here in 2016 from Oklahoma and belonged to the First Baptist Church of Lake Placid, FL., he was in the U.S. Army and served during peacetime. He was an exterminator for a pest control company. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, he enjoyed mechanics and woodworking. He was an avid fan of the University of Oklahoma Sooners and the Denver Broncos. He especially loved his family and will be greatly missed.
