Mark Jay Brown, 76, passed away September 11, 2017 at his home in Avon Park, FL. He was born on June 7, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA to his parents Jack and Molly Tobin Brown. Mark was an automobile and heavy equipment mechanic and was of the Jewish faith. He is survived by his wife Patricia Brown, daughter Merrilyn (Timothy) Macurak, step children Christopher Roth and Pamela Williams. A memorial service is being arranged in South Carolina.
