Marilyn J. Eldred

August 25, 1932 — February 1, 2018

Our wonderful Mother, Marilyn Eldred, passed away peacefully at home on February 1, 2018. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Duane and her parents Harold and Pauline Hinds. Marilyn is survived by her sister Barbara Van Wormer and brother John Hinds, both of Jenison, Michigan; her children, Mike Eldred of Avon Park, Florida, Cindy Eldred Burkhour of Jenison, Michigan and Scott Eldred of Golden Colorado. She will be greatly missed by her very special  Grandchildren, Erin Hope and Woody Clark of Clewiston, Florida, Joshua and Cortnee Burkhour of Allendale, Michigan, Lakeland and Loewe Eldred of Golden, Colorado. And Great-Granny will be missed the “mostest” by Jackson, Maxwell, and Stella Burkhour of Allendale, Michigan.  Marilyn has been a lifelong volunteer serving the ARC, Lake Bonnet Village, Union Church and has always provided loving care and support to all neighbors and friends in need. A visitation will be Monday February 5, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and the funeral service will be Tuesday, February 6 at 1:00 PM at the Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, Florida.
