Maria E. Digioia

Maria E. DiGioia, age 66, passed away on December 20, 2020 in Sebring, FL. She was born on January 3, 1954 to John Goulet and Margaret (Zipperich) Goulet. She had been a Florida resident since 1976, formerly living in Fort Meade, FL. Maria was of Christian faith. She enjoyed cooking for her family, mainly Italian dishes, dancing, gardening, (her favorite flower were sunflowers) and traveling with her family. She had a special love for animals (and over feeding them). The most important thing in her life were her grandkids and family. She is survived by her loving husband – AL; sons – Richard Goulet (Barbara) of Cary, NC; Michael Goulet (Angela) of Jupiter, FL; brother – Jimmy Goulet (Mary Beth) of Cooper City, FL; sister – Norma Goulet of Aberdeen, Maryland. Surviving are also five grandchildren- Ricky, Daniel, Nicholas, Kayla and Emily.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John Goulet.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 pm until service time at 4:00 pm on Sunday December 27, 2020, at Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, FL. The service will also be streamed on Facebook live.
