Margaret V. Rowell

Margaret Prevatt Rowell, age 86, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 in Sebring, Florida.  She was born on November 17, 1930 in Arcadia, Florida to the late Thomas and Willie Mae (Mathis) Prevatt.  Margaret graduated from Sarasota High School in 1948.  She met and married the love of her life, John “Candy” Rowell in 1949.  Margaret was a devoted wife to John and mother to children, John T. Rowell, Charles M. Rowell and Sandra Rowell Lance.  She is survived by her son: Charles Rowell, daughter: Sandra Rowell Lance (Ken), Sister-in-law: Ann Watson, 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.  Margaret’s greatest wish was that her family and friends would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior just as she had done.  There will be a graveside service on December 29, 2016, 11:30 a.m. at the Braden River Cemetery in Bradenton, Florida with Reverend Marcus Marshall officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made in Margaret’s memory to: Patriot Guard Riders, Inc. c/o Tatum & Associates, Inc.  6641 E 85th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055.
