Margaret M. Olive

Margaret M. Olive, age 86 passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017 in Sebring, Florida.  She was born on December 18, 1930 in Potosi, Missouri to Melven and Gertrude (Saunders) Bourbon.  Margaret spent her career in the food industry and later became a Dietitian for a major hospital in Plantation, FL.  She loved shopping, reading, flowers and was enticed by the games of chance.  Most of all, she was a cat lover, who could tell you stories about every one of them.  She will be greatly missed by family and friends.  Margaret is survived by her son: Russell Bailey (Ellen) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Grandsons: Joshua and Jason Bailey and Joe Gallman; Great-Grandson: Landon Gallman; sisters: Jane Sabacky (Jerry) of MO; Joan Schuberg of FL; Mary Kennedy (John) of TX; Carolyn Meine of MO and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her best friend and husband, Wilford Olive; brother-Glenn Bourbon (Dyan) and friend Yvonne “Bonnie” Broadbent.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, FL.  Burial will take place immediately following the service at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park, FL.
