Margaret Edwards Hall

Margaret Edwards Hall, age 94 passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 in Sebring, FL. She was the oldest of eight siblings, born in Minna, Nigeria, West Africa to missionary parents, John and Edith Hall. After accepting Christ as her Savior, she felt led to be a missionary and in 1943 she joined SIM (formerly Sudan Interior Mission) and returned to Nigeria to serve her Lord. She served in Nigeria for forty one years teaching, leading Bible studies and planting new churches. She taught and cared for children afflicted with leprosy and she taught blind children to read braille. In 1981, Margaret retired and moved to the SIM Retirement Village in Sebring, FL. She is survived by three brothers: Douglas Hall of Rockford, IL, John Hall of Aurora, IL and Norman Hall of Tequesta, FL.
