Marcos Rangel Garcia Marcos Rangel Garcia, age 36, passed away on June 19, 2014, in Lake Placid, Florida. He was born on November 10, 1977 in Mexico to Jose Arturo and Herminia (Rangel) Garcia. Marcos is survived by his siblings: Leticia Garcia; Ricardo Garcia; Rosa Lua Garcia and Javier Garcia. There will be visitation with the family on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, 12:00pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, funeral services to begin at 1:00pm with Father Jose Gonzales officiating.
