Lynn Ragan Lee

LYNN RAGAN LEE Lynn Ragan Lee, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 in Sebring, FL. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 4, 1916 to Walter E. and Emma Iona (Herring) Lee. He worked for Allison Engine in Indianapolis, New York Central Railroad and retired in 1976 from the Automobile Manufacturing Division of GM Chevrolet. He was a member of Heartland Christian Church, served in the US Navy during World War II, he was a very accomplished amateur golfer, member of Pinecrest Country Club where he was a driving force to modernize the golf course. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Dumouchel Lee, Sebring; Sons , Sanford Lee and Rick Lee; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 55 years, Goldie Lee; son, Larry Lee; brother, Earl; sisters, Delores, Eva, and Thelma. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 5:00 7:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 1:30 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Ted Moore officiating. Burial to follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
