Lucille W. Dawson Lucille W. Dawson, age 93, passed away on April 11, 2014, in Sebring, Florida. She was born on November 5, 1920, in Fayette, Iowa, to the late Harold and Emily (Jones) Whitley. She graduated from Iowa State University. Lucille had been a resident of Sebring since 1980, coming from Seneca Falls, New York. She loved to read books and work in her garden. She was of the Presbyterian Faith. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband George L. Dawson. She is survived by her daughter: Virginia Parker of Ocala, FL and one sister: Velma Shirk of Oregon.
