Loye Lashley, Jr.

Loye Lashley, Jr., age 85, of Avon Park, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025.  He was born February 27, 1939 in Jasper, Florida to Loye and Mary Katie (Powers) Lashley.  Loye, better known as “Junior,” was Owner & Operator of Highlands County Vaults from 1978-2007.  He is of the Baptist Faith and has been a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 1980, coming from Orlando, Florida.  He is survived by his Children – Sherry Dennison (Chris) of Avon Park, FL; Sandy Horner (Chad) of Lake Wales, FL; Loye E. Lashley (Melissa) of Avon Park, FL; Michelle Jolin (Mike) of Avon Park, FL; Chris Lashley (Ashley) of Avon Park, FL; Sarah Strickland (Lee) of Babson Park, FL; Leslie Lashley of Avon Park, FL; Logan Lashley of Babson Park, FL; Christian Lashley of Avon Park, FL; Brothers – James Lashley of Orlando, FL; Joe Lashley of Orlando, FL; Numerous Grandchildren and Numerous Great Grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Bougainvillea Cemetery.
