The year 1950 marked the beginning of a lifelong partnership when she married her beloved husband, Robert Hancock. Together, they built a family that would be her pride and joy for all her days.

The Hancock family tree flourished under Louise's tender care, with branches extending through her cherished sons, Donald Hancock (Gina Smith), Dr. Michael Hancock (Janet), and Larry Hancock (Tammy). Her legacy continued to grow with the joyous addition of six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, each of whom was a precious jewel in the crown of her life.

Louise's professional journey as an accountant for the USDA reflected her meticulous nature and her commitment to serving her community. Her skill with numbers was matched only by her ability to cultivate beauty and life in her garden. With an amazing green thumb, Louise could revive even the most wilted of plants, mirroring her ability to uplift those around her.
