Louis Ramon Mendez

Louis Ramon Mendez, age 63, passed away on December 31, 2019 in Avon Park, Florida. He was born on January 22, 1956 in Las Marias, Puerto Rico to Juan Mendez and Rosa Mendoza. He was an Army Veteran, who loved his model cars and music. Louis is survived by his siblings, Gloria Rosa, Monserrate Sepulveda, Aurora Ortiz, Angel Luis Ortiz, Kitty Vega, Juan Ortiz, Edelmira Ortiz, his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his brother Tony Ortiz.
