Lottie Blanche Golembiowski

Lottie Blanche Golembiowski, 86, of Avon Park, Florida, died May 7, 2010 at Royal Care Nursing Home with care and compassion to her and her family. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 2, 1923, grew up in Ashtabula, Ohio and came to Avon Park, Florida in 1973. She was an LPN and employed by Walker Memorial Hospital where she was lovingly known as Mrs. G. She was preceded in death by her parents Bruno and Blanche Sarbiewski and sisters Helen, Henrietta, and Jane. Survivors are daughter Jeanne and Frank Valentik; son Michael and Linda Gee; brothers Ted, Henry and Ed. She was the best Nana ever to 4 grandchildren; Lori (Kenny) Iiames, Skip (Susanne) Valentik, Casey (Troy) Broadaway, and Kelly Gee; and 5 great grandchildren, Stephanie Valentik, Dalton and Hannah Iiames, and Ava and Kai Broadaway. Per her request there will be no services. Burial will be in Ashtabula, Ohio. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
