Lori Ann Brunner

Lori A. Brunner, 48, of Lake Placid, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 with her family at her side. She had been a lifelong resident of Highlands County, born in Avon Park on February 22, 1970. She was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, Cub Scout leader-Pack808. Lori’s ambition was to help her community through the children at school, where she was an assistant manager of food services. Survivors include: Husband: Randy Brunner of Lake Placid, FL; son: William Brunner of Lake Placid, FL; daughter: Haylee Brunner of Lake Placid, FL; parents: William and Frances Evans of Lake Placid, FL; brother: Johnny Evans of Sebring, FL, and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. The family extends a special thanks to the Highlands County School Board Food Service and the Sebring Middle School staff, teachers and children. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 12:00 at St. Catherine Knights of Columbus Building, with Father Pawel Kawalec to officiate, 900 US 27 North, Sebring; across from the Lakeshore Mall.  Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop 808, 6200 Fara St. Sebring, FL 33876.
