Loretha Ann Rogers

Loretha Ann (Snookie) Rogers passed away on Monday January 8, 2024 in Sebring, Florida at the age of 88. The daughter of Paul W. and Dallas Mae (Sheppard) Thomas. She was born on August 10, 1935 in Deland, Florida. Loretha was of Methodist faith and has been a resident of Sebring since 1999, having come from Wauchula, Florida. Her hobbies included lying in the sun, cooking for her family, reading inspirational books, and watching western movies. She excelled at bowling and was in a league at one time, she was skilled at crocheting beautiful afghans, and she was an expert on self-care and beauty.  Snookie was a true homemaker and fashionista who loved and cared for her family.  She is survived by her sons - Alfred Poucher (Pam) of Bartow, FL, and Greg Poucher (Virginia) of Pigeon Forge, TN; sisters – Faye Fannin (Dr. Robert Fannin) of Lakeland, FL and Joy Carnley of Canton, GA.  Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren who she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents.
