Lloyd Oakley Tatum, Jr.

Lloyd Oakley Tatum Jr., age 77, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025. He was born on May 11, 1948 in Dade County, Florida to the late Lloyd and Jean Tatum. Lloyd made Lake Placid his home when he moved from Miami in 1986. He loved all things country. During his free time, he enjoyed watching western movies, listening to country music, playing guitar, and tinkering with his guns. He took a lot of pride in being a gunsmith.  Above all else, Lloyd was a family man. He had a big, caring heart. He loved his fur babies and his grandchildren. He loved to spread knowledge  and taught his grandchildren everything they know.  Lloyd is survived by his Daughter - Lisa Green of Lake Placid, FL; Son - Justin Tatum of Lake Placid, FL; 4 Grandchildren; and 4 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his late wife Jamie, and his parents, Lloyd and Jean Tatum.
