Lloyd P. Garner

Lloyd P. Garner, age 80, passed away Friday, July 3, 2021 in Sebring, Florida.  He was born July 31, 1940 in New Concord, Ohio to the late Glenn and Edith (Hardy) Garner.  Lloyd is survived by his Wife – Mary Ann Garner of Avon Park, FL; Daughters – Valerie Norris; Barbara Garner (Chris); Julie Payne (Vincent); Son – Cameron Garner (Christine).
