Linda Goins

Mrs. Linda Goins, 63, was born May 24, 1956 and transitioned from her earthly home to her Heavenly home May 31, 2019.  Mrs. Goins is preceded in death by her loving parents Harvey Edward Locklear and Mary Elizabeth Chavis Locklear, one daughter Karen Carter, three brothers Linwood, Terry, and Bobby Locklear and one sister Patricia Locklear.  She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 32 years Mr. Joe Goins of Sebring, FL; three sons, Danny Carter (Kin) of Lumberton, NC; Joe Goins Jr. (Ira) of Sebring, FL; Richard Goins of Sebring, FL; four daughters, Ashley Goins Barker (Jeff); Danielle Goins of Sebring, FL; Tosha Carter Bryant (Jimmy) of Angier, NC; Kyna Page (Eric) of Avon Park, FL; 18 Grandchildren; five Great-Grandchildren; four brothers, Kenneth Locklear (Linda); Jerry Locklear (Diane); Harvey Locklear, Jr. (Jan) all of Lumberton, NC; Harry Locklear of Commerce, GA; four sisters, Iris Dale Oxendine; Helen Chavis (Andy); Angie Hundley (David); Tina Locklear (Donnie) all of Lumberton, NC and a host of relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 11:00am at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor Eugene Bengtson officiating.  Family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am.  Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
