Linda S. Finch (Harman)

Linda “Lynda” S. Finch (Harman), 71, of Frostproof, FL, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2026, after a short illness. She was born on May 16, 1955, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, to James and Alice Fae Harman. 

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She shared her life with her beloved husband, Leonard Kalkbrenner, and treasured the time she spent with her family. 

She is survived by her husband and travel partner, Leonard Kalkbrenner; her children, Keri Diehl of Kutztown, PA; Kristy Maes of Appleton, WI; Sheila Kalkbrenner of Wellsville, NY; Lenny Karl Kalkbrenner of Wellsville, NY; and Sherry Barber of Whittier, CA; sisters Debbie McCollum of Williamsport, PA, Nancy Carson of Jersey Shore, PA, Kathy Harman of Williamsport, PA, Elaine Guthrie of Jersey Shore, PA, brothers Steve of Jersey Shore, PA, Bob of Williamsport, PA, and Jimmy(pre-deceased), 19 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. 

Throughout her life Linda worked as a Nursing Assistant, Florist, Daycare Teacher, and Accountant in both the Federal Government and Private Sectors. Linda found joy in the simple things that made life meaningful. She loved fishing, traveling, playing golf, and, most of all, spending time with her friends and family. Her love, laughter, and the memories she created with those around her will be deeply missed and forever cherished. Linda would tell you herself that she lived a great life.

Linda will be remembered for the love she gave to her family and for the many moments of happiness she shared with those around her. Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
