Lillie M. Richardson West, age 82, of Avon Park, FL, went to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, May 1, 2021.  She was born June 20, 1938 in Wake Forest, NC to Omega and Frances (Debnam) Richardson, Sr.  Lillie worked in Civil Service for the U.S. government, was a member of the Union Church, and has been a resident of Avon Park, FL since 1968, coming from Hampton, VA.  She is survived by her Daughters – Gloria Ashlock of Hampton, VA; Vivian West Hines (Quintin) of Newport News, VA; Carol West of Avon Park, FL; Son – Michael West, Sr. of Avon Park, FL; Sister – Joyce Sanders of Hampton, VA; multiple Grandchildren and multiple Great Grandchildren.  Lillie was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband – Benjamin H. West; Daughter – Sylvia Elaine; Brothers – Omega Richardson, Jr.; James Edward Richardson; William Thomas Richardson; Sisters- Carolyn Thompson; Hazel Clark; Great Granddaughters – Amber Renee Dalton & Kailani Aiwa West; a host of Nieces, Nephews, and God-daughters.  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park.  She will be laid to rest in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
