Letty Nan Long

Letty Nan Long, a 30 year resident of Avon Park, passed away peacefully on March 21st at age 89. Letty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from William and Smith College in New York and earned a Masters of Library Sciences degree from New York State University in Geneseo, New York. She worked as a research librarian in the Florida State university system for 23 years.

Letty is survived by her son, Dave Long, her daughter-in-law, Brenda Long, her grandchildren Ryan Thornberry, James Long, and Mark Long, and great grandchildren Stella Rose Long, Bennet Long, Selah Thornberry, Lulu Thornberry, and Bella Thornberry.
