LEONTINE ELAINE CARR Leontine Elaine Carr, 86, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013, in Sebring. She was born June 1, 1926, to Carl Leon and Tommie E. (Tolar) Jones in Savannah, Georgia, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2007, coming from Richmond, Virginia. She was a homemaker and of the Episcopal faith. She is survived by one son, Dabney Jefferson Carr, IV (Laura), Virginia; four daughters, Diana Deane Carr, Sebring; Linda Elaine Carr (Sam Kraft), Virginia; Cary Peyton Cox (Bill), North Carolina and Martha Randolph Carr, Illinois; sister, Terrie Carol Whittier, Florida and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Dabney Jefferson Carr, III. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Salvation Army of Highlands County, P.O. Box 1843, Sebring, FL 33871.
