Leilani S. Payne, 81 passed away in Sebring, FL.  She was born on December 15, 1937 to the late David and Ethel (Griffin) Johnson of Chicago, IL.  Leilani leaves behind one son; William R. Scott (Cindi) of Sebring, FL., two daughters; Gloria Lee Scott Chase of Old Town, FL and Leilani Scott Campbell (Theodore) of Lake Worth, FL. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Leilani was a friend of Bills for 33 years.  She is predeceased by two husbands; William Edward Scott and Billy Joe Payne and a son; Russell David Scott.  Leilani moved to Sebring in 2015 from West Palm Beach and was a member of The Unity Church. Family request that Memorial Donations can be made in Leilani’s name to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, FL 33870. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Faith Presbyterian Church located at 275 Alemeda Drive, Palm Springs, FL 33461.
