Lee Bertha Peterson

On November 28, 2015, our God summoned Lee Bertha Peterson from her earthly home. She is now resting safe in the arms of the Lord, free from the pain and suffering of this world.    Lee Bertha Peterson was born to the late Elnora Howard Robinson and Ellie M. Robinson, Sr. in Fairfield, Florida on April 29, 1936. She married William M. Peterson, Sr. on March 15, 1957; under their union four children were born.   At an early age she become a Christian and joined Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church under the auspices of the late Reverend Connie Dean.   She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, William M. Peterson, Sr.; children, William M. Peterson, Jr. (wife Rosa), Sebring, FL; Alleda Michelle Smith (husband Willie), Lakeland, FL; Sharon Lynn Reed (husband Stewart), Sebring, FL; Rhonda V. Peterson, Tampa, FL; brothers, Mac Arthur Armstrong, Lakeland, FL; Ellie M. Robinson, Jr., Sebring, FL; Garrett Robinson (wife Temple), Tampa, FL; sisters, Queen E. Robinson (who preceded her in death); Wanda Johnson, Sanford, NC; sister-in-law and beloved caregiver Elnora Claitt, Avon Park, FL; Aunt Armetta Robertson, Sebring, FL; grandchildren, Latoya R. Jones (husband James); Rashael Reed; Ramon Peterson; Demitria Peterson; Demesa Reed; Rashad Peterson; Ricardo Peterson; Kaharri Peterson; Shayla Reed; Bregnna Smith and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.   When mortal live has passed through all the phases and experiences allotted to it and its responsibilities have been met and fulfilled though saddened by its close we should take comfort to reflecting on a well spent life!
