Leah Stanfield, 96, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2013, in Sebring. She was born March 7, 1917, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1982, coming from Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ of Sebring; loved to play bingo, arts and crafts and enjoyed family time. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Stanfield; parents, Joseph and Edith Stranix; daughter, Beth Stanfield and son, Bruce Stanfield. She is survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-great grandchildren.
