Lawrence Bythwood Latner, Jr.

LAWRENCE BYTHWOOD LATNER, JR. Lawrence Bythwood Latner, Jr., age 94, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on March 6, 1917 in Madison, Florida to Lawrence Bythwood and Sarah (Davis) Latner, Sr. He was a factory worker in the papermill, of the Baptist Faith, he served in the U.S. Army in Germany as a Military Police Officer in World War II, and was a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 2007 coming from Perry, Florida. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Jed) McHargue of Avon Park, FL; granddaughters, Danielle (John) Respress of Avon Park, FL and Caitlin (Roy) Petteway of Gainesville, FL; grandson, Kade McHargue of Avon Park, FL; 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Renee Latner, his parents, his son, Lawrence B. Latner, III and his grandson, Jason K. Arrwood.
